Your flight is future dated and scheduled between 1 Jan 2026 and 31 Dec 2026

I made a Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight booking through a third-party platform. Am I still eligible for the Complimentary eSIM?

To receive the Singapore Airlines Complimentary eSIM, please ensure that:
Your KrisFlyer account number is linked to your flight PNR, and
The booking is a Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight, even if it was made via a third-party platform.
I have a past-dated SIA/Scoot flight. Am I still eligible for the complimentary eSIM?
Unfortunately, past-dated flights are not eligible for the complimentary eSIM.
Your flight must be forward-dated (a future flight) in order to receive the complimentary eSIM.
I applied the complimentary eSIM promo code but it’s not working
If your complimentary eSIM promo code isn’t working, please check the following:
You are using the correct promo code, exactly as provided for the complimentary eSIM
The code is being applied to the correct product and option
There are no extra spaces before or after the code
Further, please ensure that:
Your KrisFlyer account number is linked to your flight PNR, and
You are logged in to Pelago with the same KrisFlyer account number
How do I check if my KrisFlyer account is linked to my flight PNR?
You can easily check by visiting the Manage Booking page for your airline:
Go to the SIA or Scoot Manage Booking page
Enter your booking reference (PNR) and last name
Look for your KrisFlyer account number in the passenger details section
I am seeing Error message: “You are not eligible for this deal” (KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals)
This error appears when your booking does not meet the eligibility criteria for KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals.

I am seeing the error: “Fully Redeemed”
This message may appear because:
The complimentary eSIM promo code has already been used, or
The promo code has reached its maximum number of redemptions.
We sincerely apologise, but in this case, the promo code cannot be applied to your booking.
Do I need to visit a physical counter to redeem my eSIM?
No need! Redemption of the complimentary eSIM is fully online and there is no need to visit any physical counter.
I selected the wrong country of activation at checkout
Rest assured that you will still be able to activate the complimentary eSIM from your actual country of use, as long as it is one of the 118 countries listed under Global Coverage on the product page.
Can I install or activate my complimentary eSIM earlier than my selected activity date?
Yes, you can install your complimentary eSIM earlier, but activation depends on when you start using it.
Here’s how it works:
Installation:
You may install the eSIM at any time after you receive the QR code. The QR code remains valid for up to 365 days from the date it is issued
Activation:
The eSIM only activates when you first use it (for example, when you turn on the eSIM and it connects to a supported network)
If you selected the wrong activation date at checkout, there’s no need to worry at all. As long as the eSIM has only been installed and not yet activated, it will remain valid for 365 days from the date your QR code was issued.
If you need to use the eSIM earlier than your selected activity date, simply start installing the eSIM earlier, as long as it is within the QR code’s validity period.
I still have not received my confirmation voucher for my complimentary eSIM
You should have received a Pelago confirmation email with your Complimentary eSIM voucher attached. Look for the email with the title: ‘Booking confirmed: Singapore Airlines Exclusive: Global Roaming eSIM for 118 countries’.
If you have not received the complimentary eSIM, here’s what you can do:
Look for an email titled “Frewie Prepaid eSIM – Setup and Activate eSIM Service”.
Check your spam or junk folder in case the email landed there.
