This article is for customers who are planning to purchase tickets for currently available sail dates or book sail dates that are not affected by the 15 Dec 2025 to 12 Mar 2026 Sailings Disney Adventure Cruise cancellation.

Room Selection & Preferences

Will I be able to choose a specific room/deck?

For Disney Adventure Cruise bookings made via Pelago, it’s not possible to request a specific room or deck. All available room categories and deck options are shown on the product page at the time of booking.

How do I request for a connecting room?

At the moment, requests for connecting rooms for Disney Adventure Cruise are not accepted. As connecting rooms are limited and cannot be guaranteed, we recommend the following to increase the chances of being assigned rooms close to each other:

  • Booking all staterooms in a single reservation by adding the units to cart to increase the chance of being close together.

  • If you are unable to add certain units to your cart, it means those rooms are currently unavailable.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage booking early to secure the best possible arrangement for your group.

How do I request a wheelchair-accessible room?

You can request a wheelchair-accessible cabin for mobility needs by contacting us via chat! Please note that accessible rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Our team will do our best to assist and facilitate your request, ensuring a comfortable stay on your Disney Cruise.

Can I book a Concierge room for more than 4 passengers?

Currently, Concierge rooms are listed for up to 4 passengers on our Disney Adventure Cruise product page.

Booking for Infants

How can I book for an infant?

For most itineraries, the minimum age to sail is 6 months. If your infant will be between 6 and 11 months old at the time of embarkation, please reach out to us via Chat and we’ll be happy to assist you!


Passenger Information & Documents

Do I need to provide passport numbers for all passengers during booking?

No, you don’t need to provide passport information when making your Disney Cruise booking. At the time of booking, we only collect details for the lead passenger.

We will contact you later to collect the details of the other passengers, such as:

  • First and last name

  • Citizenship

  • Date of birth

Passport details are only required at check-in, so you don’t need to provide them during booking.


Booking Status & Issues

Why does it show that my is booking still pending after 72 hours?

Due to high demand, the booking review is taking a little longer than usual. But we can feel your excitement! Keep an eye on your email for updates - We’ll notify you as soon as there’s news on your booking!

Why was my booking rejected despite availability?

Bookings depend on availability, and even if availability was shown initially, your booking may be rejected due to:

  • The preferred room type no longer being available for your travel date at the time of processing

  • Issues with booking details (for example, a child turning 13 by embarkation is counted as an adult)

Availability refreshes daily, so we recommend checking again to see if your preferred room is available.

Why is there availability directly on the Disney portal, but it is not offered on Pelago?

There may be a slight delay in availability to be updated on Pelago. We’re constantly working to keep our inventory as up-to-date as possible!

How many KrisFlyer miles can I earn from a Disney Adventure Cruise (DCL) booking?

You can earn KrisFlyer miles when you book a Disney Adventure Cruise through Pelago!

  • Miles earned on Pelago Web/App:

    • Earn 3 KrisFlyer miles for every SGD 1 spent on your booking

    • Bonus miles: KrisFlyer members can earn 10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles when they spend SGD 3,000 or more and apply the eligible promo code at checkout (Applies only to KrisFlyer members and bookings made on Pelago Web or App)

  • Important things to note:

    • Miles earned from bookings made on the Pelago App or Pelago Web are separate from KrisPay miles

    • KrisPay miles are only earned when the booking is made through the Kris+ app

    • The number of KrisPay miles earned depends on the prevailing KrisPay earn rate at the time of booking
