• This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd ("Pelago") and is valid for bookings made from 1 February 2026 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 December 2026 (23:59 Singapore time) ("Promotion Period").

• During this Promotion Period, KrisFlyer members with a forward Singapore Airline or Scoot flight bookings will be eligible to redeem a complimentary free eSIM purchased on the Pelago App or Pelago.com by entering the promo code during checkout prior to payment.

• This promotion is applicable solely on the following eSIM product: Singapore Airlines Exclusive: Global Roaming eSIM by Frewie

• The promo code is valid up to five uses per customer.

• Pelago and Frewie reserve the right to revoke the complimentary eSIM if any misuse or behaviour is found to contravene the Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Singapore Airlines Promo on Pelago

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”) and is valid for bookings made from 29 April 2026 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 December 2026 (23:59 Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

2. During this Promotion Period, you will qualify for a 7% discount off your bookings made on Pelago by entering your SQ Flight Booking Reference (PNR) and Last Name during checkout and prior to payment.

3. This Promotion is subject to the following restrictions:

(a) This Promotion is only exclusive to KrisFlyer members only. Sign up or log-in with KrisFlyer to qualify.

(b) Valid for use three times (3X) per ticketed Flight Booking Reference Number (PNR), regardless of the number of passengers within a single SIA flight booking. The PNR can only be used in this Promotion from the date the PNR is issued up to the date of the last segment of the same SIA flight booking.

(c) Discount value is capped at SGD 50.00, or currency equivalent for all existing Pelago customers.

(d) Valid for all travel experiences on Pelago only in destination countries and layover countries applicable to the PNR used for the booking, excluding the following products:

• Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2026

• Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2026 (Hospitality Packages)

4. This Promotion cannot be applied with any other existing Pelago promotions, offers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
