The eSIM had technical issues. I contact Pelago CS, the CS told me to contact Frewie. Frewie was kind enough to recognize the technical issues which can't be resolved and offered a refund. Pelago chose to ignore and didn't even bother to reply after I forwarded the email to Pelago that Frewie has approved the refund.
