Event Background:
"Wanbo" is a global event uniting people and products worldwide to address global challenges. Expo 2025 Osaka is the second major event since Expo 2005 and the first international Expo in Japan in 20 years, following the Global Exposition in 1970.
Ticketing Instructions:
- After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF and a 10-digit Expo ID via email.
- Register on the official ticketing website and log in using your ticket ID.
- Reserve a visit date and time to receive your voucher. Some tickets offer free access on certain days.
- Present your voucher and QR code on the scheduled date for admission. Advance reservations are required for some ticket types, so be sure to check availability.
Additional Notes:

Same Day Registration:

- Standard & All-season Pass: Entry allowed after 09:00
- Summer Pass: Entry allowed after 11:00 (19 July – 31 August 2025)
- Night Ticket: Entry allowed after 17:00

- Pavilion: 3 chances (lucky draw 2 months/7 days before + snap-up 3–1 days before)

- Facial recognition for entry can only be registered after arriving in Japan (for biometric authentication).

- Concession Ticket: Only available to individuals with disability certificates and 1 caregiver.
- Children under 3 years old enter for free and do not require a ticket.
- All other attendees must hold a valid ticket.
- QR Code generated after completing reservation via official Wanbo website.
- Original Ticket ID for backup verification.
- Valid photo ID (for certain ticket types such as Concession Tickets).
- The venue is accessible to guests with mobility aids. Specific pavilion access may vary.
- You will receive a confirmation email with PDF and 10-digit ticket ID after purchase.

- Missed entry due to failure to register or make a reservation is not refundable.
- Go to the Wanbo official website and bind your ticket ID before arrival.

- Present the QR code on-site for entry. Only 1 representative QR code is needed for group entry.

Aku pikir di Pelago ga bisa buat beli tiket World Expo 2025, karena tulisannya tidak ada di list seller tiket resmi. Tapi akhirnya ada dokumen bahwa ini adalah pihak ketiga dari KK***, sehingga beli. At the end, tiket disini bisa ditukar ke website Exponya. Dan berakhir bahagia. Ini adalah testimoni asli soalnya habis dari Expo, luar biasa bagus. Thank you Pelago.
