The eSIM can't be installed because at time of purchase I have selected the purchase was "For myself". Selecting this, Pelago will top-up the parent card (previous purchase) and the newly issued QR code is not for installation. Pelago has assumed that I have retained the parent card which i don't. Messages to Customer Service went dead after they told me that I need to reinstall the parent card that I requested Pelago to resend to me. No more follow-up from Pelago, and I am forced to buy another eSIM. Also, access to help for Krisflyer Gold member is not as advertised- 24/7 (which to my knowledge is 24h a day, 7 days a week). There are operating hours. I have since requested for a refund, but still dead silence.
