Easy to redeem you don’t have to go to any JR counter just go to their Shinkansen ticketing machine, select the scan the QR code option which is provided on the PDF Ticket that Pelago send to you (should be under JR West group) After which they’ll issue you the green tickets directly from the machine and you can proceed to use it fo any JR line in the Kansai region.
