- To top up the eSIM installed on your own device, use the Pelago app. Your new data plan will be added automatically to the same reusable eSIM.
- To top up an eSIM on another device or for someone else, use the Pelago eSIM Data Topup page and enter the relevant eSIM ID at checkout. The eSIM ID can be found on the original Pelago voucher and starts with FT.

How does this eSIM work?
This is a reusable universal eSIM that only needs to be installed once. You can use the same eSIM for future trips without installing a new eSIM each time. The eSIM profile itself does not expire, although individual data plans may have their own validity periods. For future travel, you can purchase and add a new country or regional data plan to the same eSIM through the Pelago app.
Which date should I select when making my booking?
Select the first day of your trip—the date you arrive at your travel destination. This date will be used as the travel date for your booking.
Why am I unable to redeem the complimentary 2GB eSIM?
The complimentary 2GB eSIM is available to eligible customers whose Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight booking is linked to their KrisFlyer account. Please check that your flight has been successfully added to your KrisFlyer account before trying again. Each KrisFlyer member may redeem up to five complimentary eSIMs across both the 1GB and 2GB options, subject to the promotion terms.
How many times can I redeem the complimentary eSIM?
Each KrisFlyer member may redeem the complimentary eSIM up to five times in total. This limit applies collectively across both the 1GB and 2GB options.
When does the data usage starts?
Your data plan’s validity starts immediately when the eSIM is activated, including if you activate it while still in your home country. We recommend activating the eSIM only when you are ready to use the data plan
How can I check my remaining data balance and usage?
Download the Pelago app and sign in using the account associated with your booking. Your eSIM will appear on the app’s main page, where you can view your remaining data balance and usage.
Which option should I select at checkout when I am asked "Who will this device be used for?"
Select "For myself" only if you are installing the eSIM on your device. Otherwise, please select "For Someone Else" at checkout to avoid issues with eSIM installation.
How do I top up my eSIM?
You can purchase an additional data plan for your eSIM through the Pelago app. Once payment is completed, the new data plan will be added automatically to the same eSIM. You can check the updated plan and balance in the app.
I have installed the eSIM, but I cannot connect to a network. What should I do?
First, make sure Data Roaming is switched on for the eSIM. Check that the APN is set to "Plus", then restart your phone and try connecting again. Depending on the local network, it may take a few minutes for your device to detect and connect to an available network.
