• Select your arrival date at your destination on the availability calendar when booking.
• Ensure your eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight is linked to your KrisFlyer account before booking.
• Select “For myself” if the eSIM will be installed on your own device. Otherwise, select “For someone else”.
• Install and activate your eSIM only when you are ready to use it. Data validity starts immediately upon activation, including when activated in your home country.
• Each eSIM QR code can only be used once. Do not delete or remove your eSIM after successful installation.
• Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
• This is a data-only eSIM. Voice calls and SMS are not included.
• Unlimited data plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Speeds may be reduced after the high-speed data allowance is used.
• eKYC verification is not required.
• Your data plan must be activated within 365 days of booking.

Install your eSIM only after arriving at your destination. Installing it before departure may trigger early activation and start your data plan before your trip. Your data plan activates automatically when your eSIM first connects to a supported network in any covered country, including your home country.

• Make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Refer to device list here.
• Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network before starting installation.
• You have the Pelago app installed and are signed in to the account used for your booking.
• You do not already have a different installation in progress.

• If this is your first Pelago eSIM, install it through the Pelago app and follow the on-screen instructions.
• If you already have a Pelago eSIM, you do not need to install another one.
• Installing your eSIM does not start your plan validity.
• Once installed, do not delete it from your device.
• Keep it switched off until you arrive at your destination.

When you are ready to use your plan, go to your phone settings and turn on your Pelago eSIM. Do not turn on or connect your eSIM before your trip. If your home country is covered, your plan may activate automatically, causing your 3-day validity period to begin earlier than intended.

1. Turn on your Pelago eSIM.
2. Select your Pelago eSIM as your mobile data line.
3. Enable data roaming for your Pelago eSIM.
4. Allow your device a few moments to connect to a supported local network.
5. Open a messaging app or website to confirm that your internet connection is working.

Your plan validity begins when your Pelago eSIM first successfully connects to a supported network at your destination.

• This is a data-only eSIM. Voice calls and SMS are not included.
• Internet-based calling and messaging apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime and Telegram can be used with your mobile data.
• Mobile hotspot is supported.
• 4G/LTE/5G availability depends on local network coverage and your location.
• Actual connection speeds may vary due to local network conditions.

• You can check your remaining data, plan validity and usage information in the Pelago app.
• Your eSIM will appear on the app home page after installation.
• Data usage shown by your device may differ slightly from the usage recorded by the mobile network.

• You can purchase additional data through the Pelago app.
• Your top-up will be added to your existing Pelago eSIM, so there is no need to install another eSIM.

• Keep your Pelago eSIM installed after your trip.
• Eligible data plans for future destinations can be added to the same Pelago eSIM without requiring a new installation.

Check that:

• the Pelago eSIM is switched on;
• the Pelago eSIM is selected for mobile data;
• Data roaming is enabled for the Pelago eSIM; and
• your device has connected to a supported local network.
