Pick-up, Transfer, and Meeting Point Arrangements
On Pelago, many tours and transfer activities include pick-up from your accommodation, airport, or other locations.
This article provides helpful guidance on preparing for an upcoming activity, including how to share your pick-up and drop-off details, when to expect driver information, and how to coordinate with your provider.

Providing Your Pick-up or Drop-off Details
During booking:
Use the 'Additional Information' field on the checkout page to share your accommodation and pick-up details. These go directly to the provider
Some activities may also have a drop-down option to contact the provider directly
If you don’t know your accommodation at the time of booking:
Leave the field blank and complete your booking
Share your details with the provider as soon as they’re available
To avoid delays, inform the provider of any changes at least 2 days before your activity
If you’re unable to provide details during checkout:
The fastest way is to contact the provider directly after your booking using the info on your confirmation voucher

Driver and Transport Information
Driver and pick-up details for products that include a transfer are typically shared 1 day or the night before your activity, or up to 12 hours prior
Details shared by the experience providers may include:
Driver or operator contact number
Pick-up location and instructions
Service date and pick-up time
Vehicle type (if applicable)
Some providers may contact you directly via WhatsApp, WeChat, SMS, or email
❗️ Important: The phone number sharing your driver’s details may not match Singapore or your destination country’s code. This is normal, and the contact is verified and safe as long as they reference your Pelago booking ID.
When Your Transfer or Transport Activity is Coming Up
For transfer or transport bookings that include pick-up or drop-off:
Providers usually contact you 1 day or the night before to confirm:
Pick-up time
Meeting point
Transport details (driver name, contact number, vehicle information)
Contacting the provider directly is often the fastest way to get these details
Providers may also reach out to resend vouchers, update arrangements, or share last-minute changes
Contacting Your Provider
For urgent matters the day before or on the day of your activity:
Find provider contact details in your confirmation voucher
When contacting them, include:
Booking ID
Name on the booking
Any relevant details from your voucher
Contact methods may include email, phone, WhatsApp, or WeChat depending on the provider

What if my accommodation changes after I've already booked?
If your pickup or drop off details changes after booking, please update the provider as soon as possible.
If your activity is more than 2 days away, inform the provider early to prevent delays.
If your activity is 2 days or less away, we recommend contacting the provider directly, as they manage the on-the-day arrangements
