What is KrisFlyer Experiences?
KrisFlyer Experiences is a dedicated programme for KrisFlyer and PPS Club members. It gives members access to curated, exclusive activities (culinary, arts, travel, sports, etc.) that you can redeem only with KrisFlyer miles.
How is it different from "KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals"?
KrisFlyer Experiences: Available only to KrisFlyer / PPS Club members, and transactions are made exclusively with miles.
KrisFlyer Exclusive (KFE) Deals: These are special promotions available to all KrisFlyer members, such as discounted tickets, and can be purchased using other payment methods (subject to terms). For more details, please refer to our article, 'KrisFlyer Exclusive (KFE) Deals'
Updates on Available KrisFlyer Experiences
How will I be informed of the KrisFlyer Experiences available?
To cater to the diverse interests of members, KrisFlyer Experiences covers a wide range of interests including culinary, entertainment, arts, sports and travel related experiences. Members will be informed of new KrisFlyer Experiences relevant to their interests via email.
Please ensure your interests are updated in your KrisFlyer Profile page by clicking on the Preferences tab, followed by the Lifestyle section. Your email address must also be updated.
KrisFlyer Experience Details
What is the availability for each experience?
Availability is limited and differs for each experience, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is the validity period for each experience?
This varies with each experience. Please refer to the "Terms & Conditions" section within each experience for more information.
KrisFlyer Experience Redemption & Payment
How do I redeem an experience?
Each experience may be redeemed only with KrisFlyer miles. The number of miles required varies with each experience. Check individual experiences for more details.
Can I apply a promo code on top of the KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals?
KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals already offer our best prices, so promo codes cannot be applied on top of these deals. However, if you have a gift card, you will be able to apply this on your purchase.
Managing KrisFlyer Experience Bookings
What happens if my booking gets cancelled?
We will make every effort to process your booking successfully. However, if your booking is cancelled, your KrisFlyer miles will be refunded to your KrisFlyer account.
