What are KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals (KFD)?

KFD is a programme that offers exclusive promotions only for customers who are KrisFlyer members and are logged in to their KrisFlyer accounts. These deals allow you to enjoy special offers without needing to redeem KrisFlyer miles.

How is KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals (KFD) different from KrisFlyer Experiences?

  • KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals (KFD): Offers exclusive promotions for logged-in KrisFlyer members, and payment can be made using standard payment methods at checkout. Miles redemption is not required.

How do I know if a product offers KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals (KFD)?

You can identify KFD products in the following ways:

  • Blue "KrisFlyer" banner on product options - Product listings that are part of KFD will display a blue banner indicating it is an exclusive deal

  • KrisFlyer Exclusives filter on product pages - Located just below the availability calendar, the ‘KrisFlyer Exclusives’ filter lets you easily view all options included in the KFD programme, helping you find deals available exclusively for KrisFlyer members

How does the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion work?

Some KFD promotions include Buy 1 Get 1 Free, giving you one additional ticket, product, or service for every one you purchase in a single transaction.

Examples:

  • Tickets:

    • 2 Tickets: Add 1 ticket to your cart. The second ticket will be free, so you pay for one and get two

    • 4 Tickets: Add 2 tickets to your cart. You will receive 2 additional tickets free, for a total of 4

  • eSIMs: If the promotion applies, selecting the correct option gives you two eSIMs for the price of one.

Do I need to redeem KrisFlyer miles for KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals (KFD)?

You do not need to redeem KrisFlyer miles to enjoy KFD promotions. Simply log in to your KrisFlyer account at the point of booking, and you can pay using the available payment options at checkout.

Error message: “You are not eligible for this deal” (KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals)

If you see the error message “You are not eligible for this deal” while booking a KrisFlyer Exclusive deal (KFD), this does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your KrisFlyer login.

This usually happens because the selected KFD option has additional eligibility criteria, beyond simply being logged in to your KrisFlyer account.

Additional eligibility requirements for KFD deals

Some KrisFlyer Exclusive options require all of the following:

  • You must have a valid and existing Singapore Airlines (SIA) or Scoot booking

  • Your SIA or Scoot PNR must be linked to your KrisFlyer account

  • The KrisFlyer account number used in your flight booking matches the KrisFlyer account number in your Pelago account

  • Your travel period must fall within the specified eligible dates shown for that option

  • Your travel destination must match the destination of the activity you are purchasing

    • This includes all cities within your confirmed flight itinerary

    • For example, if your flight itinerary is SIN → KUL → MEL → SIN, you will be eligible for KrisFlyer Exclusive deal (KFD) on activities in SIN, KUL and MEL

If any of these criteria are not met, the system will display the “You are not eligible for this deal” message.

How to check the eligibility criteria before booking

To view the exact eligibility requirements for a specific KrisFlyer Exclusive deal (KFD) option:

  1. Locate the KrisFlyer Exclusive option you wish to book

  2. Click on the “!” (information) icon

  3. Review the additional eligibility criteria displayed

I am an SIA passenger and meet all the criteria for the KrisFlyer Exclusive Deal (KFD), but it still shows that I am not eligible for this deal

No worries! If you meet all the eligibility requirements for a KrisFlyer Exclusive Deal (KFD) but see the error message “Sorry, you are not eligible for this deal”, your flight details may still be syncing.

Please try the following:

  • Wait up to 30 minutes after purchasing your flight

  • Log out of your Pelago account

  • Log back in and try again
