How do I know if a product offers KrisFlyer Exclusive (KFE) Deals ?

You can identify KFE products in the following ways:

  • Blue "KrisFlyer" banner on product options - Product listings that are part of KFE will display a blue banner indicating it is an exclusive deal

  • KrisFlyer Exclusives filter on product pages - Located just below the availability calendar, the ‘KrisFlyer Exclusives’ filter lets you easily view all options included in the KFE programme, helping you find deals available exclusively for KrisFlyer members

Do I have to redeem KrisFlyer miles to be eligible for KrisFlyer Exclusive (KFE) Deals ?

Error message: “You are not eligible for this deal” (KrisFlyer Exclusive Deals)

If you see the error message “You are not eligible for this deal” while booking a KrisFlyer Exclusive (KFE) deal, this does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your KrisFlyer login.

This usually happens because the selected KFE option has additional eligibility criteria, beyond simply being logged in to your KrisFlyer account.

Additional eligibility requirements for KFE deals

Some KrisFlyer Exclusive options require all of the following:

  • You must have a valid and existing Singapore Airlines (SIA) booking

  • Your SIA PNR must be linked to your KrisFlyer account

  • Your travel period must fall within the specified eligible dates shown for that option

  • Your travel destination must match the destination of the activity you are purchasing

    • This includes all cities within your confirmed flight itinerary

    • For example, if your flight itinerary is SIN → KUL → MEL → SIN, you will be eligible for KFE Deals on activities in SIN, KUL and MEL

If any of these criteria are not met, the system will display the “You are not eligible for this deal” message.

How to check the eligibility criteria before booking

To view the exact eligibility requirements for a specific KrisFlyer Exclusive (KFE) deal option:

  1. Locate the KrisFlyer Exclusive option you wish to book

  2. Click on the “!” (information) icon

  3. Review the additional eligibility criteria displayed

Steps to update your KrisFlyer account

  1. Log in to your KrisFlyer account on the Singapore Airlines (SIA) website

  2. On the Navigation Bar, click on "Profile"

  3. Select "Preferences"

  4. Scroll down to Email communication

  5. Make sure “KrisFlyer and Singapore Airlines Group Promotions” is ticked

  6. Click "Save" to confirm your changes

  • Once you’ve updated your information on your SIA KrisFlyer account, simply log out and log back in to your Pelago account using your KrisFlyer login

  • Then, go ahead and restart your booking. Your KFE deal should now be ready to use!
