I’ve just made a Pelago booking that includes pick-up. When will I receive the driver’s details?
Driver and pick-up details are usually shared the night before the activity or transfer date, or up to 12 hours before the activity.
If you haven’t received any contact details and wish to reach out sooner, you may contact the experience provider directly using the information in your booking confirmation voucher. For guidance, see 'How can I get in touch with my provider?'
What types of driver information are shared?
Driver details typically include:
Driver or operator contact number
Pick-up location and instructions (e.g., where to wait and at what time)
Service date and pick-up time
Vehicle type (if applicable)
If you require additional information, such as vehicle number, please contact the experience provider directly.
Where can I find my driver details?
Driver details are sent to the email address used for your booking. Depending on the driver, they may also reach out to you directly via WhatsApp, WeChat, SMS, or other communication platforms.
Make sure to check your inbox (including spam or junk folders) closer to your activity date.
How do I coordinate pick-up and drop-off?
Once driver contact details are available:
You may contact the driver directly to confirm pick-up or drop-off arrangements.
The driver may also reach out if clarification is needed.
Important: The phone number used by the driver or experience provider may not match Singapore or your destination country’s code. This is normal, as the provider may be operating from a different country. Contacts are verified and safe to use as long as the person reaching out can quote your Pelago booking ID.
