Can I reschedule my booking?
Change requests are subject to review and approval by the service provider, and availability depends on the specific product and provider. This means that reschedules are not guaranteed, even if you request them in advance.
Each experience has its own rescheduling and cancellation terms, so eligibility may vary from one product to another.
Whether we can process your request also depends on how far away your activity date is:
Activity date is 2 days away or less: Unfortunately, we're unable to process change requests made this close to the activity date. All change requests require the service provider's approval, and there isn't enough time for the provider to review and process your request before your activity.
Activity date is 3 or more days away: We're happy to submit your change request to the service provider for review.
When reaching out to us, please let us know:
The type of change you'd like to make (for example, changing the date, timeslot, pick-up location, or booking option).
The specific details of your requested change.
Please note that all change requests are subject to the service provider's approval. We'll submit your request based on when we receive and review it, and we'll keep you updated on the outcome.
If you do not hear from us in time for your originally selected activity date, please proceed with your original booking as planned. This means the service provider has either not responded to or has not approved your requested change.
