91 days or more before the sail date: 100% refundable
90 to 46 days before the sail date: 80% refundable
45 to 31 days before the sail date: 50% refundable
30 to 16 days before the sail date: 25% refundable
15 days or less before the sail date: 0% refundable
Suites and Concierge Staterooms
46 days or more before the sail date: no refund of 10% upfront payment
45 to 31 days before the sail date: 50% refundable
30 to 16 days before the sail date: 25% refundable
15 days or less before the sail date: 0% refundable
Pelago's Cancellation Policy for DCL Bookings
Pelago’s cancellation policy applies on top of Disney Adventure Cruise 's (DCL) cancellation policy. Here’s what you need to know:
A 5% Pelago cancellation fee applies on top of DCL’s cancellation policy
Bookings paid with KrisFlyer miles are strictly non-refundable
This 5% cancellation fee is separate from the 5% change fee to process changes

How are refunds calculated?
Refunds for your Disney Adventure Cruise booking are calculated in two steps:
Disney Adventure Cruise's (DCL) cancellation policy: The refund percentage depends on your room type and how many days before the sail date you cancel
Pelago cancellation fee: A 5% fee is applied on top of DCL’s refund
Example:
You have a booking for an Inside Stateroom and contact us 100 days before your sail date
DCL’s cancellation policy: 100% refundable (for cancellations 91 days or more before the sail date)
Pelago’s 5% cancellation fee: Applied on top of DCL's cancellation policy
✅ Refund you will receive: 95% of the amount paid
