How do I know which areas of the Circuit Park I can access with my ticket?
Your ticket type determines which areas of the Circuit Park you can access.
Please refer to the Circuit Park Map [here] to see the different access zones and compare them with your ticket type.
The Circuit Park is divided into 4 zones:
Zone 1: Yellow
Zone 2: Purple
Zone 3: Pink
Zone 4: Green
Check your ticket type and the access zones shown on the Circuit Park Map to see which areas you can enter.
Please note: Access to different zones may vary depending on your ticket type. Some tickets may provide access to multiple zones, while others may only provide access to a specific zone
Which ticket should I present at the entrance?
The voucher you need to present depends on your ticket type
Walkabout & Grandstand tickets
Present your mobile ticket in the Singapore GP App at the entrance
Your mobile ticket is your official admission ticket
You do not need to present your Pelago booking confirmation at the gate
Screenshots of tickets will not be allowed for admission
Hospitality & Super Pit tickets
These tickets require physical collection.
Please follow the ticket collection or access instructions provided by Pelago.
Can I use my Pelago booking confirmation to enter the event?
No. Your Pelago booking confirmation is not an admission ticket.
The following cannot be used for entry:
Any voucher that states āThis is not your e-ticketā
Example:
Pelago booking confirmation vouchers with a QR code and Pelago logo
Example:
These documents confirm your booking but are not valid for entry.
Can I show a printed copy or screenshot of my mobile ticket?
No. For Walkabout & Grandstand tickets, printed copies and screenshots of your mobile ticket will not be accepted.
Please make sure you:
Have the Singapore GP App installed on your mobile device
Can log in to your account
Have your mobile ticket available in the app before arriving at the venue
I have not received my mobile ticket. What should I do?
Mobile tickets are issued in batches and will be sent from September until 1 week before the event.
If you have not received your mobile ticket by 7 October 2026, please reach out to us via Chat for further assistance.
Children's Entry Requirements
Are children allowed to attend this event?
Yes. However, all visitors, including children, must have a valid ticket to enter the Circuit Park.
The following supervision requirements apply:
General Access: Anyone under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
Hospitality Facilities: Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
Singapore GP strongly advises that children under 7 years old should not attend the race due to safety and operational considerations.
Children under 7 years old may only be admitted if their parent or guardian signs a Release, Waiver & Discharge of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.

The ticket option says "Adult". Can I still use it for my child?
Yes. A child can use a ticket labelled āAdultā.
āAdultā refers to the ticket category and pricing. It does not mean that the ticket can only be used by an adult.
For example, a Saturday Padang Grandstand (Zone 4) Adult ticket can also be used by a child.
Please note that the event's entry and supervision requirements for children still apply.

What are the Circuit Park Opening Hours?
The Circuit Park is open at the following times:
9 October (Friday):
Zone 1 and Zone 2 (Gates 1, 2 & 8): 1:30pm to 12:00am
Zone 4 (Gates 3A, 3B, 4, 5, 6 & 7): 2:00pm to 12:00am

10 October (Saturday): 2:15pm to 12:00am
ā11 October (Sunday): 3:00pm to 12:00am
Opening hours are subject to change. Please check the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix official website for the latest information.
We strongly recommend arriving early as there may be a high volume of visitors during the race weekend.
Please check your ticket for the nearest gate number(s) and proceed to the correct gate.
