Formula 1 (F1) Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026: Singapore GP Mobile App

The Singapore GP App is used to access mobile tickets for Walkabout and Grandstand ticket holders.

If you have a Hospitality or Super Pit Grandstand ticket, you will not receive a mobile ticket. Your ticket requires physical collection. Please refer to our article on Ticket Delivery [here] for more information.

For full instructions on using the Singapore GP App, you may refer to the official mobile ticket guide [here].

Getting started

How do I download the Singapore GP App?

If you have a Walkabout or Grandstand ticket, you will need the Singapore GP App to access your mobile ticket.

You can download the Singapore GP App here:

Your ticket may not be available in the app yet. Once your mobile ticket is ready, Pelago will send you another email with email subject: “Encounters Pte. Ltd. is transferring Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix ticket(s) to you”

I can't log in to the Singapore GP Mobile App, or I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?

Please log in to the Singapore GP App using the same email address used for your Pelago booking or ticket transfer.

If you are using the app for the first time, you will need to create a new account using the same email address.

A verification code will be sent to your email from do_not_reply@singaporegp.sg. Enter this code in the app to complete your login.

If you did not receive the verification email, please try these steps:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder

  2. Check that you are using the correct email address used for your Pelago booking or ticket transfer

  3. Check that do_not_reply@singaporegp.sg is not blocked by your email provider.

  4. Request a new verification code from the Singapore GP App

Accessing my tickets

How do I access my Mobile Tickets?

Before you can access your mobile tickets, you need to create an account and log in to the Singapore GP App.

Please use the same email address you used for your Pelago booking.

Once you have logged in:

  1. Go to"My Tickets"

  2. Open "Transfer History"

  3. Select "Received Tickets"

  4. Select the ticket marked Pending Acceptance

  5. Tap Accept, followed by "Yes"

  6. Once you have successfully accepted the ticket(s), your can find your Mobile Tickets under "My Tickets"

You must access your ticket through the Singapore GP App to enter the event. Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for admission.

Why can't I see anything under Transfer History?

If you do not see any tickets under Transfer History, this may be because your tickets have not been sent yet or because you are not the main ticket purchaser.

If you were the one who purchased the tickets from Pelago:

  • Mobile tickets are sent in batches

  • Please rest assured that your tickets will be sent from September until 1 week before the event date

If someone else purchased the tickets for you:

  • The tickets are first sent to the main ticket purchaser

  • If the booking includes multiple tickets, the main ticket purchaser can then transfer individual tickets to the other people in the booking

  • You will only see a ticket under Transfer History after the main ticket purchaser has transferred it to you

How do I transfer my ticket(s) to another person?

If you purchased multiple tickets from Pelago, you can transfer ticket(s) to the other people in your booking through the Singapore GP App.

The transfer has 2 steps:

Step 1: Main ticket purchaser transfers the ticket(s)

These steps are for the person who purchased the tickets from Pelago:

  • Open the Singapore GP App

  • Go to "My Tickets" and tap "Transfer Tickets"

  • Enter the recipient's name and email address

  • Select the ticket(s) you want to transfer

  • Review the selected ticket(s)

  • Check the agreement box and tap Transfer Tickets

Step 2: Ticket recipient accepts the ticket(s)

After the transfer is completed, the recipient will receive an email notification. Email subject: “[Name] is transferring Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix ticket(s) to you”

The recipient must:

  • Create a Singapore GP App account using the same email address that the ticket was transferred to

  • Log in to the Singapore GP App

  • Go to Transfer History

  • Find the transferred ticket

  • Accept the ticket transfer

Once the recipient accepts the transfer:

  • The main ticket purchaser will receive an email confirming that the transfer was accepted

  • The recipient becomes the new ticket holder

  • The main ticket purchaser can no longer manage or access that ticket

How do I check the transfer status?

You can check your ticket transfer status under "Transfer History" in "My Tickets".

The main ticket purchaser or person transferring the ticket will also receive an email notification when the recipient accepts or rejects the ticket transfer request.

Transfer statuses:

  • Pending Acceptance: The recipient has not accepted the transfer yet

  • Completed: The recipient has accepted the transfer

  • Rejected: The recipient rejected the transfer

  • Cancelled: The sender cancelled the transfer before the recipient accepted it

  • Expired: The recipient did not accept the transfer before the event

What if I accidentally transferred the ticket to the wrong person?

If you transferred the ticket to the wrong person and they have not yet accepted it, you can cancel the transfer. However, if the recipient has already accepted the ticket, the transfer is final, and you will not be able to cancel it.

Can I cancel my ticket transfer if I change my mind before the transfer is accepted?

Yes, if you decide to cancel your ticket transfer before the recipient has accepted it, you can do so at any time. Once the transfer is accepted, you will no longer have control over the ticket.

What happens if the recipient doesn't accept the transfer?

If the recipient doesn't accept the ticket transfer, the transfer is considered pending acceptance. The original purchaser will retain ownership of the ticket and can either transfer it to someone else or cancel the pending transfer.

What happens if the recipient doesn’t accept and rejects the transfer?

If the recipient rejects the transfer, the ticket will remain with the sender, and the transfer will be cancelled.
