A Pelago Gift Card is an e-gift card that can be used to book travel experiences, activities and essential travel services on Pelago. It can only be redeemed online via the official website or app during checkout.
Gift cards can be used across a wide range of categories, including guided tours and attractions, local food and cultural activities, e-SIMs, airport transfers, rail passes and more. From Universal Studios Singapore to the KORAIL Pass, you can use your Pelago Gift Card to make your booking.
How to Buy a Pelago Gift Card
Buying a Pelago Gift Card is easy. Simply visit Pelago’s website and search for "Pelago Gift Card." Choose a preset value or customise the amount to your budget, and select from different designs fit for the occasion. Then, enter the recipient’s email address for delivery.
In terms of payment methods, you can pay with cash or redeem KrisFlyer miles. If you pay with cash, you’ll earn 3 KrisFlyer miles per SGD 1 spent upfront, with miles credited by the next day. Just make sure your KrisFlyer number is filled in during checkout. Gift cards cannot be used for KrisFlyer Experiences or for products that are exclusively redeemable using KrisFlyer miles.
Gift cards are delivered instantly if the selected delivery date is today. For future dates, the gift card will be sent at 10am SGT on your chosen date.

1. Can I use the Pelago Gift Card across multiple bookings if I still have a remaining balance after using it once?
Pelago Gift Cards have flexible value and can be used across multiple bookings until the balance is fully redeemed. If a booking is made in a different currency from the gift card’s original currency, the value will be converted using Pelago’s applicable exchange rate at the time of booking.
If a booking exceeds your remaining gift card balance, you can simply pay the difference using Pelago’s standard payment methods.
2. Can I exchange the Pelago Gift Card for cash?
The gift card is not exchangeable for cash, not refundable, and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. They are suitable for all types of travellers, from frequent flyers and families to first-time explorers.
3. Is there an expiration date for the Pelago Gift Card?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of delivery. Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited. However, as long as a booking is made before the expiry date, the activity itself can take place even after the gift card has expired.
4. Do I still earn KrisFlyer miles on bookings I paid for using the Pelago Gift Card?
Gift cards purchased using KrisFlyer miles are not eligible to earn additional miles. Miles will only accrue on any remaining amount paid using standard payment methods.
5. What happens if the order I placed using the gift card is cancelled?
In the event of a cancellation for a cancellable and refundable booking, the portion paid using the gift card will be credited back to the original gift card and returned to your Promo Code Wallet. Refunded credits will retain the original expiry date of the gift card, and cancellations do not extend the validity period.
