• Select your arrival date on the availability calendar when choosing the travel date—the date you arrive at your destination.
• Make sure your eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight is linked to your KrisFlyer account before booking.
• Select “For myself” only when the eSIM will be installed on your own device. Otherwise, select “For someone else.”
• Install and activate the eSIM only when you are ready to use it. Data validity starts immediately upon activation, including if activated in your home country.
• The eSIM QR code can only be installed once. Do not delete or remove your eSIM after successful installation.
• To avoid potential roaming charges, disable Data Roaming for your primary SIM.
• Unlimited plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Once the high-speed data allowance is used, speeds may be reduced to at least 128 kbps.
• Your data plan must be activated within 365 days of booking.
• eKYC verification is not required.

Your data plan starts automatically when your eSIM first connects to a supported network in any covered country, including your home country. Check the list below to make sure the countries you plan to use your eSIM in are covered.

Please make sure:

• Your device supports eSIM. Refer to device list here.
• Your device is not carrier locked.
• You are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
• You have the Pelago app installed and are signed in to the account used for your booking.
• You have sufficient battery on your device.
• You do not already have a different installation in progress.

• If it’s your first time using a Pelago eSIM, follow the installation instructions in the Pelago app.
• If you already have a Pelago eSIM, you do not need to install another eSIM. Your new eligible data plan will be added to your existing eSIM.
• Install your Pelago eSIM through the Pelago app before you travel, using a stable Wi-Fi connection.
• Installing your eSIM does not activate your data plan. Your plan starts automatically when your eSIM first connects to a supported network in a covered country. including your home country.
• Keep your eSIM turned off and Data Roaming disabled until you are ready to use your plan.
• Do not delete or remove your eSIM after installation.
• Your Pelago eSIM is reusable, so you only need to install it once and can add eligible data plans for future trips.

• When you are ready to use your plan, go to your phone settings and turn on your Pelago eSIM.
• Select your Pelago eSIM as your mobile data line and enable Data Roaming.
• Your plan starts automatically when your eSIM connects to a supported mobile network in a covered country. You do not need to manually start the plan.
• Do not turn on or connect your eSIM before your trip. If your home country is covered, your plan may start automatically and your 3-day validity period may begin earlier than intended.

• Your eSIM provides mobile data over available 4G, LTE or 5G networks, depending on your destination and network availability.
• Mobile hotspot is supported.
• Voice calls and SMS are not supported.
• Check your remaining data and plan validity through the Pelago app.
• If you need more data, purchase a new data plan through the Pelago app. The new plan will be added to your existing Pelago eSIM.

• You can check your eSIM data balance and plan details directly in the Pelago app.
• Your eSIM will appear on the app home page after installation.
• View your remaining data balance, plan validity and usage directly in the app.

• You can purchase additional data for your existing Pelago eSIM at any time.
• You do not need to install a new eSIM.
• Your new data plan will be added to the same Pelago eSIM.

• Make sure Data Roaming is turned on for your eSIM.
• Check that the APN is set to Plus.
• Restart your phone and wait a few minutes for the local network to appear.
